Could you try the installer instead?
If that's not possible -- to fix the missing .dll issue, you need to install
the VS2015 runtime:

I was looking for a C++ IDE that both runs on Linux and Windows, and you
don't have to spend more than an hour to set up the environment, has a
similar codecompletion like in codeblocks, have the possibility to define my
own shortcut keys, and has a decent dubugger surace with adding
variables/pointers/class instances with a doubleclick to it (similar to the
SAP ABAP debugger) and remote debugging is also possible. As I can see,
todays built in IDE-debuggers just connect to gdb and do some basic stuff,
they seem to be made for kernel developers, not for application
development/business use.
Note: We currently don't have debugger support under Windows. That has notdon't have to spend more than an hour to set up the environment, has a
