FYI: kdev-clang-tidy now in kdevelop repo, master branch

Hi,

the Clang-Tidy integration plugin, kdev-clang-tidy, today was merged into the
kdevelop repo (master branch).

It ends the separate development of kdev-clang-tidy in its own repo, A last
translation update release, 0.3.3, has been done on Monday.
Further releases will happen as part of KDevelop, with the next one then with
KDevelop 5.4 (not 5.3).

Usage instructions can be found as before on the now former repository About
page:
