Post by Kevin FunkWhen I try to bring up the Help for Kdevelop 5.0.3 I only get
The URI âhelp:kdevelop/indexâ does not point to a valid page
How do I install the needed files?
Heya,
on which platform do you have this problem?
Regards,
Kevin
From IRC:
Hmm. Does the KDevelop handbook work for anyone? E.g. can you do Help ->
KDevelop Handbook and it'll show you something?
I get "Documentation not Found" when I try to open the handbook via KDevelop's
Help menu.
A search for "KDevelop" inside khelpcenter gives me results for KDevelop
(pointing to help:kdevelop/index.html), but when I click it I get
"Documentation not Found" again...
According to khelpcenter debug output it finds the index:
```
khc_xapianindexer(30458)/org.kde.khelpcenter.xapian.indexer: unknown(0):
documentation directories: ("/home/kfunk/devel/install/kdev-5.1/share/doc/
HTML/en/", "/home/kfunk/devel/install/master/share/doc/HTML/en/", "/usr/share/
doc/HTML/en/")
khc_xapianindexer(30458)/org.kde.khelpcenter.xapian.indexer: unknown(0): "/
home/kfunk/devel/install/kdev-5.1/share/doc/HTML/en/kdevelop/index.cache.bz2"
=> QSet("install-for-local-user.html", "exploring-source-code.html",
"credits.html", "setting-up-an-application-as-a-second-project.html", "code-
generation-with-templates.html", "building-kdevelop-from-sources.html",
...
```
Note: /home/kfunk/devel/install/kdev-5.1/ is my install prefix here.
Help? :)
Cheers,
Kevin
